Fall 2015 Concession Stand Assignments
Families with children playing Fall Sports are REQUIRED to work at the St Martha Football Concession Stand during the Fall Football Season. Schedule your shift yourself before the deadline to make it convenient for your schedule.
Who is required to work in the Concession Stand? ALL families with a child/children playing a K-8th grade Fall Sport at St Martha; this includes all ERE families, Ascension families, John Paul families and St Raphael families playing a K-8th grade Fall Sport at St Martha.
Which fall sports: Flag football, Tackle football, Cheerleading, Soccer, Cross Country and Volleyball

Deadline: Friday August 21st at 9pm. If you have NOT signed up for your required shifts by the deadline, your shifts times will be assigned to you (alphabetically), no exceptions.
What happens if you fail to work your assigned shift times:
1) You put other families working in a bind,
2) your child will become ineligible to participate in St Martha Sports
Who is exempt: If you’re coaching a fall sport and would prefer not to, you will not be required to work a concession stand shift. You will need to contact me, Susan Eichberger, at SMSConcessionStand@gmail.com to make sure you don’t get scheduled. Simply let me know the sport you are coaching and your child’s name.
